I'm Tired

I don't want to ride the wind anymore,

I'm tired.

I don't want it to just take me anywhere it wants me to be,

I've already tried that and I'm tired.

I want to be able to feel the warm beach sand under my feet.

Feel the sun's heat against my skin.

I want to feel the earth,

stand on it,

run on it again.

I've been floating aimlessly for quite awhile now,

and I'm tired.

I want to be grounded again...

I'm tired!
